Skylar Fleming

Skylar Fleming born in a small Montana town, now living in Seattle Washington, is a self taught porcelain sculpture artist. In 2015 he stumbled across a handful of vintage ceramic molds at an estate sale and hasn’t stopped learning and experimenting in the ceramic realm of art making. Creating sculptures by way of slip casting combined with hand building techniques he makes obscure and intriguing sculptures. Influenced everyday by nature, music, or a past acid trip. Merging things like vintage dolls, animals, crystals, hands, anything else that is needed to bring his vision into fruition.
